Proscuitto di Parma originates from Parma, Italy and can only be produced from specially selected heritage breed pigs raised in 11 regions of Italy. The meat is salted and air-dried for up to 24 months to develop its signature sweet and delicate flavour and is best enjoyed uncooked. 

Available in 110g pre-packs with an average of five slices per pack.
