 John Ross' award winning smoke-house opened in 1857; using traditional methods and red brick kilns dating from the 19th century, the salmon is cold smoked over oak chippings. This time-honoured and rare method produces the most succulent flavour and tender texture of smoked salmon available today. The salmon is responsibly sourced from sustainable farms in the pure, clean waters of Scotland.
