Ardennes pate, so named for the region of Belgium in which it was first made, is a coarse mix of pork fillet, liver and fat. It is flavoured with a mix of herbs and spices including, garlic, cloves and peppercorns. 

Available in bulk 1kg and 2kg logs and 150g pre-packs.

Pork Liver (42%), Chicken fat, 21% Chicken, Potato Starch, Salt, Antioxidants (E301, E326, E330), Emulsifier (E472c), Onions, Milk Protein, Dextrose, Tomatoes, Spices, Stabiliser (E450, E452), Yeast Extract, Rice Flour, Preservative (E250, E261), Pork Gelatine. - May also contain traces of Mustard, Nuts (Walnuts, Hazelnuts)
