Maryland Butter


Maryland Farm was etablished over 200 years ago when Daniel Barber started making cheese on the family farm; six generations later the family are still on the same farm making their famous cheeses. Milk for their cheeses and butter is sourced from their own herd of 2,500 cows which graze on over 3000 acres of land. Time honoured methods are mixed with modern innovations to produce the best quality dairy products. 

Made from whey cream this butter is rich with a slight salty flavour, full of the character of traditonal farmhouse butter. 

Available in individual 250g packs and cases of 40 250g packs.
