Information

Danish Blue is a semi-soft blue veined cheese, made from cow's milk in Denmark. It has a creamy and crumbly texture and is matured for eight to twelve months during which time it develops a yellowish edible rind and a sharp and salty taste.

Available in bulk sizes and 130g pre-packs.
